Lag B’Omer in Meron, Israel

There is a custom to celebrate Lag B’Omer in Meron, Israel. It is the Yartzheit of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai.

    Yes, knowing different languages is especially useful in the world, this day and age. Most Israelis I know speak at least Hebrew and English, most also Hebrew and a few French as well.
